The Tree of Life is done, albeit it in rough form. I’ve taken the last few days away from the script just to give me some breathing space from it. I also gave it to a couple people to read to get instant feedback. I think I know what I have to do in the re-writes. The Dec 1 deadline is looming so I won’t have much time to do re-writes.

Coffee & Cake is deep into rehearsals and I am really enjoying working with this cast. The play is a drama with some traditional (and not so traditional) Christmas songs in it. It will be performed at the Stone Church Dec 13 and 14 and admission is free. It is a play for the whole family to enjoy and conveys messages dealing with acceptance and the true meaning behind the Christmas story. Check out the STAGE link for a poster and info.

The School just made the quarter-finalist of The Writer’s Network Screenwriting Competition. The semi’s are announced at the end of December. This was another bit of encouraging news following Blue’s semi-finalist placing in Writemovies International Writing Contest.
