It’s late…very late…too late or depending how you look at it, very early – morning, that is and I need to get some rest. BLUE premieres tonight and the last couple days have been a whirlwind of activity. We moved into the theatre a couple days ago, had a dress rehearsal yesterday…or is that today….I’ve lost track of time…and in several hours we are finally opening.

In an attempt to sum of the last couple days, here goes nothing….Early starts, black paint, flats, scrim, flat black paint, picnic table, egg shell paint, stage, rain, sun, more rain, then some hail, trees, broken branches, lots of leaves, some tension, some yelling, lots of smiles, many laughs, sleepy eyes, dress, tech, lights, ticket reservations, que to que, incredible talent, generous hearts, patience….and more patience, food, empty stomachs, passion, migraine headache, press packages, phone-lines, reflections, family, birds, thunder, lightening, wood, parking tickets, people watching, cars driving, foam cups, paper cups, cherries, punch…push…punch, speak up, bedtime now, pleasant dreams, this play rocks!
